Logo Series — Kitchen Kabaret

"The most unusual cast of incredible edibles this side of the refrigerator assembles in...Kitchen Kabaret. Audio-Animatronics food groups... led by hostess Bonnie Appetit, perform a full menu of musical numbers as they [sing the praise of] good nutrition."
The most charming of all EPCOT Center's attractions, this musical revue, loosely set in the 1940s featured some truly exquisite (and sometimes eccentric) examples of Art Deco aesthetics not the least of which was its main marquee towering over the center stage.

Logo Series — Spaceship Earth

Like a grand a miraculous spaceship, our planet and sailed through the universe of time. And for a brief moment, we have been among it's passengers. But where are we going? And what kind of future will we discover there? The 2007 Siemens sponsored edition of Spaceship Earth endeavored to engage its guests to invent their own future, beginning with this forward-thinking logo design that simultaneously reflects a classic Future World aesthetic.

Logo Series — ISTC

From the official backstory,
“It is the year 2036, and advances in space technology have finally made the exploration of our solar system possible. The world is undergoing a renaissance of the spirit of the 1960’s, when space represented our destiny. Several space stations are in orbit around earth, and robotic teams have been exploring neighboring planets for many years. Now astronaut teams are being sought for missions to nearby planets and asteroids. So many astronauts are needed, in fact, that the space organizations of the world have come together to form the INTERNATIONAL SPACE TRAINING CENTER.”

Inspired by the final graphic of all training videos, the latest edition to the Logo Series, features the poignantly symbolic ISTC Logo with Black, White & Gold treatment surrounded by trajectories representing the eight (sorry Pluto) planets of our solar system.

Logo Series - Cranium Command

One of the most beloved of all EPCOT Center’s “Lost Classics”, the chaotic inner workings of a 12-year-old boy’s mind was the subject matter of the humorous presentation of Cranium Command.  A multi-media presentation featuring a plethora of comedians, superb animation and the adorably overwhelmed animatronic “Captain Buzzy”, this attraction jump-started the careers of animation directors Kirk Wise & Gary Trousdale (who went on to create such classics as Beauty and the Beast, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Atlantis: The Lost Empire). And most recently, this attraction became the direct inspiration of Disney-Pixar’s Inside Out.

As part of E82’s “Logo Series” this background features the final iteration of Cranium Command’s logo set against a background directly inspired by the multi-colored carpet walls of the attraction’s preshow.
