I'm a little confused. I have an iPhone and an iPad. My desktop is Windows. I just don't understand how to transfer the files from the desk top to the iPhone. I need to know this before I buy the ringtones. Thanks

Step-by-step instructions can be found on Apple's Support Site HERE
Scroll down to "Move custom ringtones from iTunes to your iOS device"

This information is also in the Installation Instructions included with purchase.

Are any of these text tones?

That's up to you, Jess!
Many (all?) cell phones allow you to setup different ringtones for notifications, texts and even when certain people call you.

I love these but I wish they were available to buy individually, or at least in smaller packs
